Nicky has a nursing background having worked as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) since 1985. She has two children and having completed full time VTCT Diploma Courses in both Holistic Therapies and Indian Head & Neck Massage, she now works as a full time Holistic Therapist.

Nicky is also a qualified Reiki practitioner.
Bernice has worked in a variety of customer related areas. She has first hand experience of the stresses of a commercial environment and the pressures of parenting.

Bernice has also completed a full time VTCT Diploma in Holistic Therapy and Indian Head& Neck Massage and also a Diploma in Sports Massage.		 {short description of image}
CHAMPISSAGE (Indian Head & Neck Massage)
This is an advanced form of Indian head and neck massage and has been used for thousands of years.
Treatment focuses on the upper body and shoulders, neck and scalp, the areas most vulnerable to tension.

 This massage can be performed through clothing, either in an upright or specially designed massage chair. .

BODY MASSAGE Treatment involves a variety of different massage techniques designed to help improve circulation and muscle tone and enhance lymphatic drainage.
The combination of these movements aids delivery of fresh oxygen and nutrients to the body tissues and also speeds up the elimination of toxins from the body.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE Aromatherapy massage is a gentle, soothing treatment combining the natural scents and therapeutic benefits of essential oils with the comforting, caring and restorative value of massage.

SPORTS MASSAGE This type of massage involves the manipulation of soft tissue using specific massage techniques. It can help to break down muscular knots and adhesions and therefore improve muscle tone, joint mobility and performance.

REFLEXOLOGY The ancient art of reflexology has been known to man for thousands of years and is used to activate the natural healing powers of the body. During treatment, reflex points on the feet are worked thereby helping to rebalance the corresponding body area.

REIKI Mikao Usui rediscovered this ancient art of natural healing in Japan at the end of the 19th century.
The word Reiki means "Universal life force energy" and a Reiki treatment merely channels the energy into the recipient. The body uses this energy to rebalance the energy flow throughout the body and thus to harmonise itself.

AROMATIC SHOULDER, FACE & SCALP MASSAGE This deeply relaxing treatment cleanses and nourishes the skin and soothes and tones the muscles. THERMO AURICULAR THERAPY (Hopi Ear Candles) Hopi Ear Candles are made with natural beeswax and essential oils to closely resemble those originally made and used by the Hopi Indians. The Hopis, the oldest Peublo people of the North American continent utilised them as part of an ancient Indian relaxation ceremony.
This treatment is relaxing, soothing and calming and can help regulate pressure within the ear and sinus areas.
