
How It Works When you have collected the items together which you want us to sell give us a call on 01636 813160 or email ronwood50@hotmail.com and we will:
1. We collect your items (currently Friday weekends only) When we will gather some background information about the items (age, RRP, origin etc), leave you with a detailed receipt and agreement.
2. List them on eBay Which includes:
Checking the condition/authenticity. Photographing the items, as many as are needed to accurately show the items (warts and all). Research the item if necessary (appropriate keywords for example, likely value etc.). Write a detailed description of the item, listing key characteristics and features (warts and all), we have found this minimises returns (none to date in over 50 sales) and reduces the queries we get about the item. List the item in the most appropriate eBay category/categories. Select the appropriate eBay listing options. Begin the auction at the appropriate time.
3. Answer questions from potential buyers Answer queries about you items quickly and accurately.
4. Pack and despatch the items to the successful bidder When the auction has finished, we collect payment and contact the winning bidder to arrange collection/delivery of the item. If the items are to be despatched they are packed in the most appropriate way to ensure safe arrival. Returns are also dealt with, should there be any.
5. Send you a cheque Usually during the first week of the month following the completed auction/cleared funds.
