HOW IT WORKS
A link is made from your database entry (which is free of charge) to your WebAd so that when someone searches for your product or service, up comes your database entry from which they can then go to your WebAd.

Southwell-Online is a very "Search Engine Friendly" website, and as such is being indexed almost daily by the likes of Google, AltaVista and Yahoo.
Usually we appear in the top 5, very often being number 1 depending on the search term entered into the search engine.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
One free visit to take photos (if required), advise and bring away copy for the wording you require. This can take the form of a brochure and/or leaflet, or specially prepared text of course. Please ensure you have all the relevant information ready as further visits may be chargeable.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING ONE?
Prepare the copy and logos you want to appear and any props/people to appear in the photo, the more information the better.
Give us a call on 01636 815428 or email your interest to WEBADS and we will contact you to arrange a mutually agreeable time to visit.
Please note we assume you have the right to feature any copy, logos or trademarks in your WebAd.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
  • We go away and prepare your WebAd.
  • Send/deliver a printed proof for you to check, and an invoice (for any outstanding monies - see below).
  • You then advise us if it is OK to proceed or indicate any changes required, include your payment, return to us.
  • Whilst every care is taken in producing your WebAd no responsibility can be accepted for verbal instructions, it is far better to return the proof, suitable marked.
  • We make any changes which are required.
  • Create a database entry, link it to the WebAd and mount your page on the website.
  • Add to the WebAd listing.
  • Update the "What's New" block.
  • Include a link in the next issue of the Southwell Newsletter, sent to over 300 subscribers.
  • Advise you accordingly.
PAYMENT TERMS
We require a £25 deposit at the time of calling for copy and to taking photos. Balance due with returned proof prior to mounting your WebAd.
Please note your WebAd will not appear until full remittance is received.

Your WebAd can be accessed directly without the need to go to www.southwell-online.co.uk by typing the following URL in your web browser:

A bit of a "mouthfull" we are sure you agree, to quote or include on your stationery or leaflets, plus the syntax has got to be exactly right - Southwell-Online will work but not MyPage.Html (for example), HOWEVER, we can create a registered domain name, for example www.mypage.com (or .co.uk).FREE OF CHARGE when you pay 50% of the estimated cost of your WebAd upfront.
If you want a free URL please send us a few names, in order of preference and your payment and we will register the first available domain name on your list.
Don't forget a lot of names have been registered so www.plumbers.co.uk has most likely gone, whereas www.southwellplumber.co.uk most likely hasn't.
